Death

Why him?
Why now?
How often I wonder this

How are we supposed to cherish
This "gift" of Life
When all around us we see only death?

The tragedies day after day
The same in every single way
Though different, they still explore
And seem to play with Death

Never silent,
Death always speaks loudly
Death...He seems proud to claim another life.
He keeps on going
Creating turmoil in the hearts of
His next victims.
